School equals stress!

For many of us students, exams are the most stressful time of the year! How many of you would agree??? Speaking from experience, I find myself getting frustrated and need to take some down time in order to stay sane! I was searching on the internet for relaxation tips and I found a link that has some interesing, but simple techniques to help you stay relaxed and healthy....check it out
